Sometimes in college sports, you read a story or hear a rumor that is so far out there and completely off the topic of football that you just have to stop and ask yourself, "What would Paul Finebaum Say?" The most hated man in the SEC? Maybe. Hilarious and one of the leading sports guys in the business? Absolutely!

What do I think? This is a pathetic waste of taxpayer money. We are lessening the severity of the truly heinous sexual crimes and disrespecting victims of sexually violent crimes by pursuing this man with this type of charge. That Alabama fan was an idiot long before he ever put on that Bama shirt and that LSU fan was a jerk long before he got drunk and showed his ass. I know a ton of people who are idiots and the team they cheer for during college football has nothing to do with it. There are some real crimes happening in New Orleans RIGHT NOW, some missing persons cases that are still open and murder cases that need to be solved... let's focus on that instead of destroying some kids life because he put his sack on some guys cheek!

What do I think? I think I'm glad he waited until AFTER he declared for the draft to sew his wild weed! I don't think it will hurt him much because let's face facts here, the NFL has a ton of players with way worse problems than a quarter ounce of weed and it doesn't keep them from getting re-signed year after year. At the end of the day, he is still just a kid and kids don't always make the best choices... hell grown-ups don't always make the best choices for that matter. Maybe he never gets in trouble again, maybe he goes out & acts like a savage and gets arrested 20 times his first NFL season... time will tell.
